Accounting Support

Our Accounting Department Assists Customers with their Daily Business Accounting Needs

Currently efforts are being made to conserve resources by introducing a paperless system.   As of April 1, 2009 Exterior Materials, Inc. will no longer be mailing monthly account statements. At that time, they will only be available via email or fax.  Also, while we will continue to mail our invoices via USPS, customers now have the option to begin receiving invoices by fax or email as well. This option is currently voluntary, so customers may continue receiving invoices by mail if requested.
