| Tanasi Supply Company, Inc. was incorporated in 1980 to distribute roofing products such as membrane, insulation, accessories, equipment, fasteners & roof hatches. The former branch managers of W.F. Martin Company, Inc. purchased controlling interest of Tanasi Supply Company, Inc. in 1986, restructuring as a manufacturers representative for Carlisle SynTec, Rmax, E.L. Hilts, Roof Blok, Berridge and Topcoat just to name a few. At that time they began operating under the name Exterior Materials, Inc. and soon after began to operate in a distribution capacity for not only roofing material manufacturers, but waterproofing, sealants and firestopping manufacturers as well.
Today Exterior Materials, Inc. is the representative and/or distributor for a long line of quality construction product manufacturers . Two of the four principals are registered architects and actually pioneered the use of the Carlisle roofing systems in their respective market areas. Exterior Materials, Inc. services all aspects of the construction process and has the technical knowledge, practical experience, established loyal customer base and aggressive attitude necessary to represent Division 3, 4, 5, 7 and 9 manufacturers and customers.
